After bambino was put down for the night, I headed down to my sewing room to get a good start on the blue and beige lap quilt. 3 hours later, I managed to get the quilt layered, spray basted in place and I have 3/4 of the quilt quilted!!!!!!!!
Not bad for a night's work! :) Tomorrow night I will aim to complete the quilting and get the binding on by machine at least. During the week I can take my time and slip stitch the other side of the binding in place by hand.
This was the last Saturday playing with my blue scraps. I can't WAIT to find out what colour we will be working on for February with the Rainbow Scrap Challenge!!!

Wow, that's a lot done in one evening! It looks great!
Congrats on so much done! I really like the quilting design you are using. Was that done free hand or did you use a template of the motif? I like to see quilts made on home machines.
Nice quilt but the baby has really grown! Love the picture of the two of you!!
What great progress you made! Congratulations on your quilt.
Way to go! You are so close to finishing that quilt!
